Finally Summer is over and my all time favourite season “autumn” as started to settle in. No more bugs and definetly no more scortching hot sun.

As the weather begins to cool, We start to think about traditions from our childhood, activities that we used to enjoy as autumn descended upon our homes. One of my favourite all time activities was taking bike rides in the woods. Admiring all the coloured leaves falling off the trees. Feel that great big buzz that bonfire night wasn’t long.

And its not just me who gets the buzz, quite alot of people are stocking up for their bonfire night early this year. Well its not surprising with epic fireworks opening there new mammoth shop for every one to admire.

And we have seen some nice brother firework come out this year, Like the King-Dom just to name one, A 6 pack of mech rockets 2 x 40g, 2 x 120g and 2 x 180g. it certainly has become a must buy in the pyro world. But how you wish to look at it, Autumn grabs us in its tranquil atmosphere. and bring us into an tradition that as been carried on for year’s. So If you have the buying firework buzz, you can find the list of shops here.

Blackheath fireworks 6 November 2010 Penny for the Guy……

Blackheath Fireworks has established itself as one of the biggest, best, and most popular free fireworks displays in the capital. But no public activity can be immune to the effects of cuts in public spending so pyrotechnophiles all over London are being asked to dig into their pockets for the price of a packet of sparklers to ensure that the Blackheath fireworks don’t end up as damp squibs this year.

Last year some 80,000 people flocked to the historic heath to see a stunning display. The whole event costs less than £1.50 a head. This year the event will again be generously backed by independent fund management company GLC Ltd, who have been involved with the Blackheath Fireworks display since 1994.

Mayor of Lewisham, Sir Steve Bullock, said: “We know that many people come back year after year to enjoy the spectacle of the Blackheath Fireworks display and it continues to attract new devotees all the time. Money is tight at the moment as we all know. But I don’t want to see this event cancelled without giving people the chance to show their support. Just £1 each from every one who attends would ensure that the skies sparkle as usual over the heath this year.”

Absolute Fireworks Triumph

This year absolute fireworks have made some significant changes to their product line and have introduced some brand spanking new single ignition display in the box.

The Triumph is possibly going to be one of the most sought after fireworks this year as the price; size and duration are truly exceptional. If you have the chance to get one, buy while you can as this one going to sell out fast. And i really am considering adding this to my list of fireworks this year.

Pricing hasn’t been finalised yet but we reckon it’s kind of mid-range with nearly 200 shots and 90 seconds. Our advice is getting it while you can or even pre-order it to make sure you’re not disappointed.

i will add a list together ASAP.

Mars, Venus and Saturn will align later in the Friday-night sky with the crescent moon beneath.
