Elephant friendly fireworks

One of few times you will ever see an elephant and a firework in the same picture.
And you thought you had trouble with your dog messing the carpet on the 5th November?
These brilliant pictures were taken during the fireworks ceremony at the 60th anniversary of the coronation of the Thai King, Bhumidol Adulyadej at Bangkok’s Royal Plaza in Thailand. A great excuse to excercise the elephants and set of some fireworks.

Volcano Fireworks by Nature

Yes although many fireworks companies claim to have the biggest “volcanoes” or firework fountains. Nobody can beat the unpronouncable glacier of Eyjafjallajoekull in Iceland with its mountainous plumes of smoke and unending spewage.
Of course we all prefer smokeless fountains but you have to take duration into consideration. Also any volcano large enough to bring planes to a standstill would probably not pass BS safety tests and woudl certainly not be considered CAT 3.

Fantastic shot of the Sky Thriller Rocket bursting over the beach in Cornwall. These great photos were sent in by a customer of ours after his New Years Eve display. We think they are brilliant.
The whole bay is lit up with the bright light of the fireworks.

Some Seriously Cool Sparkler Art

Here is their story.
A couple days after Fourth of July festivities several friends gathered together to burn stuff (bon fire). After a short period, packs of sparklers were pulled out which was greeted by several cheers and a few warbles. The group of friends played (but were very careful not to burn each other) and started doing designs in the air. Well, someone got smart and decided to start taking pictures of it. Wow, neat! we all said. Then, one began to cackle evily, then another, then another, then we had to teach another how to cackle so they could join in. Sparkler Art was discovered by us (though not a new concept, we just thought it was cool).
Sounds awesome to us. Must have been a fantastic cackling experience. There are many images taken by “Sparkler Art”, too many to show them all here, but we have picked our favourites and hope you like them too!
Dueling swordfighters, this is very cool. Remember kids, do not try this at home.
