Independence Day is the national day of the United States.
Celebrations most often take place outdoors with it been summer in the US, Families are often celebrate Independence Day by hosting or attending a picnic or barbecue with close family, And with that they take advantage of the day off, when Independence Day falls on a Monday or Friday people usaly take advantage of a long weekend to gather with relatives and close friends.
